As part of my clients continued expansion, they are recruiting Project Managers at all levels – Assistant PM, PM, and Senior PM. If you have a solid construction background and strong client and stakeholder management skills, they want to hear from you! Location: Dublin HQ with satellite offices across Ireland – flexible working options available.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion
Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports
What We’re Looking For:
Degree in a Construction related course, Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
Minimum 3 years’ postgraduate experience in construction project management
Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and regulations (preferred but not essential)
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Chartership and experience in Public Procurement would be an advantage but are not essential
