Responsibilities
Supervise the efficient administration of all procedures in the pre and post sales processes
Manage a high volume of enquiries
Identify and register potential buyers, secure and conduct viewings both in person and digital
Follow up viewings and secure sales, maintain a good relationship with applicants to generate future sales
Exceptional reporting skills to senior and client level
Assist in the preparation of client pitches and presentations
Perform other tasks delegated by senior staff as required
Build and maintain trust with prospective and existing clients
Manage regular client reporting across multiple assignments, acting as client’s single point of contact
Incorporate passion, drive and accountability in all work while promoting the firms brand
Requirements
PSRA Licence B
Minimum 1, ideally 2 years’ experience in a similar role (New Homes experience preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to demonstrate an ability to work in a sales driven environment
Knowledge of Help to Buy and First Home Schemes
An organised and methodical approach with an ability to prioritise workload
Strong attention to detail
Impeccable standards in customer care
Team player with a resilient, positive and friendly attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
