  • Dynamic Portfolio: Be part of a team managing approximately 250 retail lettings and licenses, where my client serves as the landlord. You'll also oversee relationships with independent retail partners and third-party tenants.

  • Diverse Property Landscape: Work across eight company-operated anchor stores in ROI shopping centers, where my client blends retail expertise with property management.

  • Innovative Integration: Engage with properties where my client operates as both a landlord and occupational tenant, driving collaboration and innovation in over 50 ROI locations.

As Commercial Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of a multifaceted retail property portfolio. You'll manage relationships with tenants, optimise leasing strategies, and contribute to the seamless operation of properties that touch the lives of millions.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for retail property management and a knack for building strong partnerships.

Essential experience

  • Full clean driving license

  • An RICS/SCSI accredited Chartered Surveyor or similar qualification

  • Strong attention to technical detail & proactive self-starter approach

  • Ability to work as part of a property team & with multiple cross functional client colleague & external parties.

  • Direct operational Experience/ knowledge of property & lease management – minimum of 3 years

  • experience in negotiating re-gears, lease renewals and surrenders.

  • Liaising and working closely with external partners such as landlords, developers, tenants, property professionals & legal business partners on specific property/lease management matters.

  • Proven track record in commercial property transaction delivery & stakeholder management

  • Budget management & value engineering experience in a shopping Centre or Neighbourhood store environment both acting on behalf of Landlord & Tenant

 

Remuneration

Salary Bracket: 75K – 85K (Depending on experience)

Bonus: 10% (Mixture of Company and own performance)

Pension – Defined Contribution Pension Plan  

Contribution levels – employee decides at time of joining the pension plan after 6 months’ service 

-3% employee, 6% employer 

-4% employee, 8% employer  

-5% employee, 10% employer 

  • Life assurance – 3 times annual base salary from start date   

  • Annual leave: 23 days plus 10 statutory public holidays  

  • Hybrid: 2 Days in the business per week (Office, Site visits and on the road)

  • Home Office Furniture (Desk, Chair, and Footrest)

  • Expenses for Mileage
