PRS Residential Property Manager

I am delighted to present a remarkable opportunity to join one of Ireland’s leading private landlords as a Residential Property Manager specialising in Tenancy Management working as part of a team responsible for managing some of Dublin’s most sought-after PRS schemes. This role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic, high-performing team responsible for overseeing some of Dublin’s most desirable and prestigious Private Rented Sector (PRS) developments.

You will be at the heart of ensuring smooth day-to-day tenancy operations, fostering strong tenant relationships, and contributing directly to the ongoing success and reputation of my clients residential portfolio.

Essential Requirements:

  • A strong background in residential tenancy management is required, with a sound and demonstrable understanding of landlord and tenant legislation, RTB (Residential Tenancies Board) regulations, and statutory property obligations.

  • Possession of a valid PSRA Licence (Category D) is essential.

  • Providing tenancy management functions  

  • Liaising with the landlord on queries and updates and regular reporting  

  • Dealing with tenant’s queries and requests on a daily basis and actioning appropriately   

  • Tracking rental payments and pursuing tenants in arrears in a timely manner 

  • Negotiating renewals with tenants as per landlord instructions & as per legislation 

  • Addressing maintenance issues for tenants promptly 

  • Liaising with and directing maintenance contractors & seeking competitive quotes for works 

  • Liaising with block management companies on landlord’s behalf 

  • Carrying out inspections of properties 

  • Coordinating tenant move ins & outs. 

  • Dealing with utility transfers 

  • Preparing properties for re-letting & liaising with Lettings Team 

  • Reviewing invoices for payment each month 

  • Keeping tenancy paperwork in order & filed appropriately (attention to detail essential) 

  • Working towards achieving optimum results for clients in relation to new lettings / occupancy levels / renewals 

  • At all times ensure you are representing our brand to a high standard and work towards a results driven outcome in relation to new lettings / occupancy levels / renewal 

 

Essential Requirements 

  • While you will be provided with an excellent onboarding and induction experience with ongoing support you must have proficient knowledge in residential tenancy management experience and have an excellent understanding of landlord and tenant legislation, RTB regulations and statutory property obligations in addition to possessing a PSRA D licence.  

  • You will be required to give examples of successful relationships you have harvested to date with both tenants and landlords. 

  • Outstanding communication skills are required both verbal and written. 

 

Skills: 

·         Knowledge of residential tenancy management 

·         Knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation  

·         Knowledge of RTB regulations 

·         Experience of working with Yardi software is advantageous but not required.
