Administrator – Quantity Surveying Team (Dublin 4)

Our client is a well-established Irish-owned construction consultancy practice, offering a comprehensive range of services including cost management, project control, and sustainability consultancy across all sectors of the built environment.

My client is currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrator to support the Quantity Surveying (QS) team within their vibrant Dublin office. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to various technical teams within the practice;

  • Format and compile reports from the Quanity Surveying team using Microsoft Excel, ensuring clarity and consistency;

  • Assist in the management and scheduling of the company’s social media platforms;

  • Offer reception cover when required, acting as the professional first point of contact;

  • Prepare, print and bind project documentation to internal standards;

  • Ensure all documentation complies with branding and formatting guidelines across MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;

  • Carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks to support daily office operations.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Dublin 4.
