The Role – What You’ll Be Doing:

Expert Negotiator: Lead rent review, lease renewal, and advisory negotiations across all commercial property types.
Strategic Partner: Work closely with the Director of Professional Services, playing a key role in lease advisory engagements, negotiations, and property inspections.
Revenue Driver: Take ownership of revenue generation and exceed fee-earning targets.
Analytical Powerhouse: Deliver robust, well-researched valuation assessments and advisory reports with precision and confidence.
Growth Mindset: Continuously expand your knowledge and expertise through CPD and professional development.

Business Builder: Support the Director in crafting compelling proposals and pitches for new professional services business.

 

The Ideal Candidate – Who You Are:

 

  • A commercially astute Chartered Surveyor (SCSI/RICS) with ideally 5+ years' experience in the field.

  • Lease Event Expert: Skilled in managing rent reviews, lease renewals, and regears, ensuring seamless execution and risk management.
    A Natural Leader: Work alongside the Director to develop and implement strategic business plans that drive success.
    Relationship Builder: Foster strong connections with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

  •  A Skilled Communicator: Possess excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
    Results-Driven: Proactive, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering first-class service in the Irish market.
    Technically Proficient: Deeply knowledgeable about market trends and regulatory requirements.

 

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Third-level degree in a relevant field

  • Chartered Surveyor (MRICS/MSCSI)

  • Ideally an RICS Registered Valuer (or eligibility to register)
    PSRA Licence Holder (or qualifications to register)
    Full clean driving licence
