The successful candidate will join this successful brand overseeing valuations on mixed assets, (commercial)bank valuations for acquisitions, state bodies, landlord & tenant & professional services.
My client is a global brand and are one of the leading commercial practices in the city.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to join their team and work on some of the most anticipated projects in the city.
The focus of this role will be the servicing of these projects through regular client communication, upholding the values that has served their team well over the years. The successful candidate will work with both senior and junior members of their team.
Role Responsibilities
Working on valuation engagements, negotiations, inspections on all types of mixed assets, (commercial)bank valuations for acquisitions, state bodies, landlord & tenant & professional services.
Landlord & Tenant and related areas including rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations.
Providing Clients with robust well-considered valuations and reports.
Undertake independently, or assist with, completion of valuations to the highest professional standards.
Contribute to the periodic review of Team processes and procedures.
Contribute to shared knowledge within the team and the wider Group.
Qualifications & Requirements
MRICS / MSCSI Chartered Surveyor or due to sit imminently.
Professional presentation with good customer service and communication skills required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail is essential.
Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
