Accounts Assistant/ Office Administrator - Construction Firm D4

Based in vibrant Dublin 4, they are now looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator / Accounts Assistant to support their dynamic team. Key Accountabilities: Admin Support:

 

  • Ability to provide general Admin Support for the various Energy Schemes / Projects.

  • Flexibility to work with the different teams.

    Accounts Support:

  • Creditors - processing invoices received from suppliers and consultants, and recording in relevant Excel spreadsheets.

  • Debtors - issuing invoices to SEAI and processing payments received from SEAI and updating all relevant Excel spreadsheets.

  • Sage Accounts - entering all accounts activity in Sage Line 50.

  • Supporting the work of the payroll function - calculating bonus figures, collating expenses and inputting into Excel on a monthly basis.

Person Specification: Knowledge/Experience :

  • Minimum of 2/3 years’ experience in a busy office / accounts’ environment

  • Payroll experience desirable

  • Strong MS office skills with a good working knowledge of Excel. Skills/Competencies:

  • Excellent numerical ability, analytical ability and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrable ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Confidentiality and discretion are essential requirements of this role.

  • Highly organised. Salary for the position will be commensurate with experience
